Conceive NJ is all about providing you with excellence in Reproductive Medicine and individualized and personalized care. Led by Isaac Glatstein, MD, MSc, we are here to help you build your family in a nurturing environment.

Isaac Glatstein, MD, MSc is a Harvard-trained, award-winning, Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist who specializes in Infertility, Assisted Reproduction, in vitro fertilization, recurrent pregnancy loss, Fertility Preservation, and minimally invasive uterine surgery.

 

He was trained at NYU, Mt Sinai Medical Center, and Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He was awarded a prestigious Fulbright Research Fellowship in addition to other Grants and Prize Papers. He was a founding partner, President, and Associate Medical Director at RSC of New England as well as an Associate Medical Director at Boston IVF- one of the largest and most successful fertility practices in the country. 

He is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including Castle Connolly’s Top Doctor award, and the Best of Boston Doctors award.

Dr. Glatstein’s philosophy is that patients are best served when the clinical team and the laboratory team collaborate and communicate effectively. He is one of a select group of fertility specialists in the country who is an expert in the laboratory side of IVF, having earned a Master’s Degree with distinction in the Biotechnology of Human Reproduction and Embryology. His focus was on the cutting-edge use of Artificial Intelligence in Embryo Selection to improve pregnancy rates.

Bryan Kloos, PhD, HCLD

Laboratory Director

Dr. Kloos is an accomplished and well-respected scientist, embryologist, and laboratory director with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Reproduction. He is a renowned expert in all aspects of clinical IVF, Andrology and Tissue Banking with a special emphasis on Laboratory Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Total Quality Management, all critical elements to attaining consistently high pregnancy rates.  He is also sought out by leading edge biotechnology firms in the reproductive medicine space for his expertise in scientific study design as it relates to improving fertility outcomes. Dr. Kloos earned his PhD degree from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and has worked at many large and successful IVF practices including the Fertility Centers of New England where he was the Embryology and Andrology laboratory supervisor. Dr. Kloos had his scientific work presented in both national and international conferences.
